Kenzo U.S.
Sold to Great-Britain in 2022
Kenzo U.S.’s sire Bordeaux competed successful at Grand Prix with the Norwegian rider, Isabel Freese. The pair came in third at the Grand Prix Keur in Hamburg and Cappeln, and they participated at the EK last year.
Bordeaux first offspring are already competing at both Grand Prix and Prix St. Georges levels. Bordeaux also sired the National Mare Champion and high scoring IBOP daughters. Kenzo U.S. is his fifth son that the KWPN has selected as an approved breeding stallion.
Kenzo U.S.’s dam, the Star Preferent and Presentation mare Verro Fleur (x Ferro) Ferro was partly responsible for Team Silver and placed 5th individually with Coby van Baalen during the 2000 Olympics in Sydney. Verro Fleur has also produced Z- dressage horses Casanova L and Elan out of our stallions Sandreo and Gribaldi, as well as the international 1.40m horse Belle Fleur (x Riverman).
Kenzo U.S.’s dam line includes star mare Kissfleur (x Wisconsin), as well as a Keur and Preferent mare Elflur with excellent movement (x Zaire x Saluut x Courville XX x Rigoletto). This old bloodline resulted in good dressage and jumping horses during the 1970’s. The Courville XX mare Fleur produced the international top jumping horse Opstalan’s Pasquino with Bert Romp.
